Riverhead CAP’s mission is to prevent underage drinking and other substance abuse within the Riverhead schools and community. An advisory to the Riverhead Town Board, CAP is a Community Nonprofit Corporation Supported by the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), NY State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), and the Suffolk County Youth Bureau and Department of Youth Services.
